Weekly Drum Tip

Try using the Hi-Hat as a secondary bass drum pedal. This allows you to try out double bass drum ideas if you don’t have access to any double pedals.

The patterns will have their own unique sound as one bass drum is substituted with the Hi-Hat foot.

A lot of really great ideas can come from experimenting with the Hi-Hat foot so give it a go!
